At Thimble Rose, all our original design pieces are quality checked before despatch. Every gemstone and every link on every piece is checked to ensure that you are delighted with your choice. 

If, for some reason, it is not love at first sight, we will accept returns from 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept the return, if the item has been returned to us in the original packaging and in its original condition. However, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We aim to process the return within 5 workings days on receipt of your return and back to your original payment method. Please note that the shipping and handling fees from your order will not be refunded and you are responsible for return postage fees.

For the return, please email hello@thimblerose.co.uk where a returns address will be provided.

We recommend that you use "tracked" and "signed for" to ensure safe return the item back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returns that do not arrive safely back to us.

 

Damaged Item

If between despatch and delivery your order has arrived less than perfect please contact us on hello@thimblerose.co.uk within 2 days of receipt and we'll help you replace it. On this occasion, we will offer free return shipping.
